Suttie and Peck in a relaxed mood...
November eight man elimination in Hong Kong

This month just keeps getting better. When New Zealand decides who governs for another term in Parliament, Jason “Psycho” Suttie and Andrew “Power House” Peck will feature on a start studded card in Hong Kong for Planet Battle eight man eliminator. Mates apart, a distinct possibility of either man meeting each other in the final are very much on come late of November.

This will be for the Planet Battle Heavy Weight title and crown.

On an eventful day both Peck and Suttie who have featured on several other cards together over the last few years will find them fighting two much rated opponents. Respectively Brit Chris Knowles lines up Peck and Dzevad Poturak of Bosnia faces Suttie.

Knowles who is no relative of Beyonce has a cracking reputation and sports his only loss to Golden Glory emerging star Gokan Ski, winner of the recent K-1 Hawaii stop over. Bosnian hard man Poturak, better known as “BH machine” has his work cut out against the second most experienced man on the card and Kiwi super star.

Two thousand eight could end on a dramatic note for either man as form wise it has been a steady rise. “Power House” doing well on the Hong Kong circuit and losing a controversial decision to Iranian Reza Kabasi and Suttie to Gotoku Onda of Japan on HEAT 7, Kick Boxing in the cage in Japan, August this year. Apart from that it’s been a relatively smooth run. Fresh off a points win against Alofa Solitua a week ago, Jason Suttie is well prepared.

It has been a busy year for both Kiwi’s, Peck residing in Japan and Thailand with Suttie training and running his highly successful Elite Thai Kick Boxing (ETK) head quarters in Penrose-Auckland.

Dutchman Brian Douwes will fight local hero by way of Cameroon Alain 'Panther' N’Galani, Largest amongst Thai’s-- Kiattisak Hemkhajit takes on Aussie up and comer Thor Hoopman in the other quarter final elimination bouts.

On paper a power packed, knock out driven night seems destined with an all Kiwi show down for the title looming.

Jason 'Psycho' Suttie
Andrew 'Power House' Peck

Correction: The event is scheduled for November 25th and NOT November 8th as mentioned. We regret the error at time of publishing.
